This motor trike was built by the members of the ILRMS and is powered by a Lloyd Hartnett motor and drive chain.

The unit was built for the purpose of rail retrieval at the former AI & S Colliery at Corrimal, north of Wollongong in the museums early years. The unit hauled army flat wagons during the societies formative years at the Albion Park site.
