Car Number 1

Status: Operational

Constructed by the members of the ILRMS and commissioned for use in 1978, car number 1 is one of our main passenger cars. During 2010-2011, car number 1 was repainted in a new and bright colour scheme similar to car 430. This was the first repaint since being built in 1978. The photo above is of the old colour scheme.
